November 22, 2020

It’s hard to believe that we will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday this week! Time is really flying by! The children have been working so hard! I am so proud of all they have accomplished in just a few short months. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to work with your amazing children each and every day! Room 118 is truly a special place to learn, work, and grow. I hope you enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you so much for all that you do! πŸ¦ƒ

Making two syllable words in FUNdations!

This week in science we continued to explore the power of water by answering the question, "Why is there sand at the beach?" Ask your child the answer to this question to see what they learned in science this week! 🌊

Making models of what we are thankful for in Media with Mrs. Moses!

This week we talked about our feelings with Mrs. Tilton during our guidance lesson! We even got to play Bingo!

Acting out the strong feelings of our characters in Reader's Workshop!

A huge highlight of the week was playing a math game in breakout rooms during our math warm up! Friends in school played with children at home! Ask your child about this awesome experience to learn more! πŸ’»
